I had an INCREDIBLE experience with this hotel. From the moment I walked in, to the moment I left. Tiffany was the individual on duty when I checked in. She was friendly, kind, intelligent, knowledgeable, and went absolutely above and beyond on every aspect of customer service. The lobby and hallways were clean, up to date. The rooms were fabulously updated, well insulated, quiet, clean, great furnishings, huge Samsung tv. The bathroom was just renovated- and it was a dream bathroom!!! Beautiful remodeled, clean, amazing water pressure, and plenty of clean towels. I have spent many nights in hotels traveling through the country, and this hotel is top notch. I was in the Navy, and my cleaning standards are exceptionally high. I give my highest praise to this incredibly fabulous affordable hotel. Thank you very much, especially to Tiffany- job well done!!

It's very outdated BUT main points are great: It's clean Sevice was great AC not noisy It was quiet Bed was confy. Overall great stay! They are planning many renovations, looking forward to see this!

The hotel is showing signs of age. But, it is very clean, the beds are extra comfy, the pillows are perfect, and they have a pool. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is adequate. I would stay here again.
The location was convenient. I was greeted by a friendly attendant. The lobby was clean. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was adequate. I used points so no comment on the value.
This Best Western is a standout property in the area. I arrived very late looking for a room after driving from the South hills of Pittsburgh through Pittsburgh to the North hills and even to New Castle and Sharon looking for a hotel room but with the Pittsburgh Marathon all the rooms were booked. They had a final room. Joy the desk clerk who checked me in was extremely personable and was able to work to get me a room. Their last one for the night. The room decor was excellent. The towels were top notch, soft, fluffy and clean. The bathroom was very clean. The Management of this facility needs to be commanded for having a very well-run property.
